           As your belly grows, being comfortable goes out the window. Here is a small list of things that you can get to help with those sleepless nights!       
       

       Maternity pillow

       Back, tummy, and full-body support to help you get the rest you need       

       Maternity bras, briefs, and supports

       To comfortably support your breasts, belly, and back       

        Maternity skin care

       Soothing solutions for itchy, dry skin on your belly and elsewhere       

         Comfy pajamas

       Look for soft, lightweight fabric that expands with your growing belly       

         Hot/cold packs

       Pop in the microwave or freezer to ease aches and help you unwind       

  Maternity girdle

       Supports your belly and takes strain off your back and legs       

  Support hose

       Helps prevent varicose veins and takes pressure off legs and feet       

         Bath products

       Oils and special soaps can make a relaxing bath even more appealing       

  Massage oil

       A belly or whole-body massage can help you relax       

        Yoga or relaxation guide

       Stretch and de-stress with a relaxation tape or a prenatal yoga video
