You may post photos, reviews, comments, suggestions, bugs, ideas, questions, or other information (collectively "Content"), so long as the Content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." edHelperbaby reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit Content, but does not regularly review posted Content.

edHelperBaby prohibits the uploading and display of photographs or other Media portraying nudity that would be unacceptable in a public museum where minors visit, for example. If your photos would only be suited for adult sites, adult magazines, or R-rated movies, they are not suitable for edHelperBaby. Judgment of suitable Media is the sole discretion of edHelperBaby.

edHelperBaby does its best to backup and protect any uploaded photos that are saved as part of your account, however it does not offer a guarantee that your photos will not be deleted. This includes, but is not limited to, someone else accessing your account and deleting photos.

edHelperBaby reserves the right to delete any photographs it wants without prior notification for any reason.

edHelperBaby makes no claims to ownership of Content that you submit, post or otherwise make available to or through the Web Site and you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content and the right to use your Content as you determine.
