What can I do to ease sore breasts?

What can I do to ease sore breasts?

To ease sore breasts you should consider wearing a sports bra during the day and even at night if the pain is really bad. You should buy new bras to accommodate your growing breasts. If you are planning on breast feeding then buy nursing bras and wear them now. Most maternity bras have soft elastic and come in all colors to fit your wardrobe. It may cost a little to buy a few bras that fit throughout your entire pregnancy, but it is worth it when you are supported properly and the pain is reduced. Strap extenders are also an option if you have a bra that you really like before pregnancy. This will buy you some time and may even work for the entire pregnancy. Assess your needs and utilize the sales person in the lingerie department to measure you and help you find bras that will reduce stress on your back and help you feel better.
